Just thought I’d give you a little bit of an update, as to what’s been happening… because at last I have something to report! I met with a mortgage broker this week to find out my borrowing capacity, which was a nice surprise, more than I thought; and now I have a few options to explore in this regard and at least have a guide of where I’m heading over the next 6 – 12 months. I received my first dividend payment from my shares! $12.75! Very exciting… this has made me want to speed up the process and get a bigger one next time.
For January I have re-organised my accounts based around what I would like to be saving (not spending!!) and have set up transfers that puts some in my shares account each month, some in a savings account each month, some in a holiday account with my boyfriend & some more in my 2010 Christmas account…. If I can keep to this, I will have a great savings plan each month. I’m feeling pretty good about where I’m at – Thanks again for all of your help to get me where I am so far, I’m looking forward to see what 2010 can bring!! Have a great weekend.

The sessions have been really good - just by using the tools and following Richard's guidance over the last 5 months, we've been able to pay off all of our bad debt, cancel our credit cards, realise savings of up to $2000 per month, and fund some short trips away. This is a far cry from where we used to be financially, and next year is going to be even better. We're stoked!

Thanks again guys! - I just wanted to write this testimonial to show my appreciation for Tony & Richard's brilliance. I have to say that you really do not know what you do not know. My specialty area of intelligence is therapy, I can fix any person's mental drama's in one session, but until I started working with Richard & Tony, I had no idea just how little about economics, wealth creation and money I knew!

We had good incomes, we were only living a little extravagantly and we were already investing a little but I just felt like we should have more to show for how much we were earning. It's like I knew we could do better even though we were doing well. I grew up around people investing but I didn't listen, so at this point in my life it's easier to pay to have someone teach me than take up the time of those around me, who are not necessarily experts anyway.
