Martyn provides his clients with expert and independent representation in the property market. He listens to what his clients really need and then brings his attention to detail and dogged determination to bear to nut out even the most complex scenarios.  Martyn works exclusively for his clients to buy them the right property at the right price, ensuring a significant cost benefit.   

He has a background in Accounting, IT and Project Management and is author of 7 Buying Blunders of Buying Property.  Martyn's qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Accounting and E-Business) and a mix of postgraduate studies including Project Management, IT and Real Estate.
Before starting Morpheus Property, Martyn spent ten years in IT project management and business analysis. Prior to this, he spent his formative years in the banking and professional services industries. 

Martyn is also the Director of the "Catalyst Club" of the Australian Business Clubs, a networking group which meets on Tuesday mornings in North Lakes.  He is involved in a wide variety of sports and is most passionate about training karate with his wife and two kids and competing in tournaments. He applies his natural discipline and commitment as a karate instructor to pass on valuable life lessons to his students.

Jeff has worked in the securities industry for 27 years and been an Authorised Representative since 1985. He initially began his career with Australian Fixed Trusts (AFT) who were one of the pioneers of the managed fund industry in Australia before merging with ANZ Funds Management. He worked in a variety of roles, including State Administration Manager during his six year tenure. Jeff joined RBS Morgans in 1989 and was a shareholder in the business for 14 years. RBS Morgans is one of the two national stock broking firms which is headquartered in Queensland and previously traded under several names including Jarden Morgan, Morgan Stockbroking & ABN AMRO Morgans.

Jeff has been advising clients since 1990 and they have benefitted greatly from his extensive industry knowledge and conservative investment style.. He specialises in working with clients to establish their medium and longer term goals and then delivers ongoing advice for investment selection and portfolio management strategies. The core of this strategy is to buy good quality assets and review their performance and prospects regularly.  His strong understanding of investment markets in relation to individual portfolios, taxation and reporting requirements, assists clients in working towards achieving their financial goals.
